By Using the  Phoenix Savors, LLC dba Phoenix Mobile Dancer Sinsations, LLC.  website and the Referral Services of Strippers Untamed you are consenting that the person booking and any person or persons in attendance are over the age of 18. YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO US OUR BOOKING SERVICES. By booking entertainers through the Strippers Untamed Website you are taking sole reasonability as the person purchasing this service to be sure everyone is of legal age to partake in any events where  Phoenix Savors, LLC dba Phoenix Mobile Dancer Sinsations, LLC.  is providing its referral Services. By using the  Phoenix Savors, LLC dba Phoenix Mobile Dancer Sinsations, LLC. website and its booking services you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

No one can touch the entertainer improperly.

You may be allowed to touch with permission of the individual entertainer and it is completely at the discretion of the entertainer to guide you to what the individual entertainer deems to be appropriate. Examples: legs, stomach, chest, buttocks. No touching of any kinds of the genitals, penis/private parts.  Phoenix Savors, LLC dba Phoenix Mobile Dancer Sinsations, LLC. does not provide nor promotes any sexual acts of an illegal nature. Anyone expressing or indicating that they desire any illegal activity forfeits the payments for our websites referral fees and the dancer/dancer’s payment and the party/event is immediately terminated.

TRANSACTIONS AND REFUNDS

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AND ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL, UNLESS IT IS AN ERROR FROM OUR COMPANY. Once anyone has paid the 50% referral/booking fee they are hereby confirming that they agree to the terms a condition of our “NO REFUND POLICY.” If for any reason any person who has paid the 50% booking fee has to cancel an event they will forfeit their booking fee in its entirety. Rescheduling of any kind will result in a $25 rescheduling fee per entertainer if requested within 5 business days of the date of event. Any rescheduling made in less than 5 business days’ time will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. All changes must be done in writing via email. Before changes will be made to any booking, rescheduling fees must be processed and paid in full. When contacting us regarding changes to a reservation, please include name, phone number, original booking date, new booking date and, if necessary, new address. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON POLICIES. PLEASE ENSURE WE ARE AWARE OF ANY CHANGE BY CONTACTING US AFTER AN EMAIL IS SUBMITTED. 

Please do note, if we do not respond back to you within 30 minutes of your booking, it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure we did get the booking, payment was processed, etc.
